There may also be a $25/day non-refundable Holiday Surcharge, if applicable, added to any Pet Sitting and Pet Care (V.I.P.) Vacation Package requested during the busy holiday season. (Please check to see if any of the dates that you are requesting for Pet Care are during any of the holiday periods) (See Services & Rates: Holidays)

Overnight Pet Sitting is on a first come, first serve basis, so if, for whatever reason, you cancel the pet sitting assignment after the contract is already signed and the non-refundable deposit is received, you will unfortunately lose your deposit. Lots Of Love Dog Sitting is guaranteeing this time for you by turning down other assignments that may also ask for overnight pet sitting for the same dates that you have requested. So please be sure that your travel plans are firm before requesting service.

Commitment of overnight Pet Sitting in-your-home will be given upon receipt of 1/2 of the total amount of the Pet Sitting assignment as a non-refundable deposit and the one-time $25 non-refundable New Customer Fee, if applicable, and the $25/day non-refundable Holiday Surcharge, if applicable. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your return. Please make all *checks payable to Lynn Kay.

"10% Off" coupon or $25 off discount is only available for "Overnight Pet Sitting-(In-Your-Home) in McLean-(22101)" and is only available with the actual coupon from the Virginia Hometown Values Magazine (to be presented for discount before signing contract and will then be collected on the last day of the assignment)-copies of the coupon or printouts from online will not be honored. Please be sure to tear out the coupon to be presented for your "10% off" discount or "$25 off" discount and please be sure to inform me of this before your contract is written.

"10% Off" coupon only applies to the total amount for the Dog Sitting assignment. (The $25 New Customer Fee, if applicable, and the $25/day Holiday Surcharge, if applicable, will not be discounted).

For Pet Care Visits or Pet Care (V.I.P.) Vacation Packages in-your-home the total amount for the Pet Care assignment and the one-time $25 non-refundable New Customer Fee, if applicable, and the $25/day non-refundable Holiday Surcharge, if applicable, will be due on the 1st day of the assignment, to be left on your kitchen counter, along with the "Permission To Treat/ER" form. Your check will not be deposited until after the assignment has been completed. Please make all *checks payable to Lynn Kay.

For Pet Care Visit Service or Pet Care (V.I.P.) Vacation Package-(this does not apply to Dog Sitting), there will be a $20 charge for picking up the key, if not given at the time of the meeting. There will also be a $20 charge for returning the key to you after you return from your trip. Otherwise, I can either leave the key inside your home on the last day of the assignment or mail it back to your home address or if you would like, for future dog care or cat care visits, I can also hold onto it for you. Please let me know which you would like for me to do.
